I usually work with individuals so I can focus on their individual needs, but would also consider contracts with businesses or hotels in Ringwood, Lymington, Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, Southampton, Romsey, Totton and the New Forest area. I specialise in helping women to achieve their healthy lifestyle choices, but will accept appointments from men by referral.

Business Hours

Monday to Saturday: 9am to 6pm. Evening appointments are available. Please call to discuss.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment or you will be liable for 50% of the costs for the session.
